A lifelong athlete, he loves staying active—whether he’s in the gym, on the golf course, or competing with himself to reach new goals. He’s deeply devoted to his wife, Rachel, his best friend and greatest supporter, and their marriage. Together, they share a strong partnership built on faith, laughter, and teamwork. Don is also a dedicated father to their son, Carson, who inspires his purpose every single day. He strives to model the same leadership, integrity, and perseverance he teaches in his coaching—both on and off the field of life.
