Group Sessions
The Group Coaching Track with Don Champaigne is built around fast, focused COACH Huddles—short, weekly sessions designed to keep every member aligned, accountable, and moving forward. Each huddle ends with clear, scheduled commitments so that progress never stalls.
The group works from a shared one-page plan and scorecard, receives light support between huddles to stay unblocked, and completes quarterly resets to refine goals and strategies. All progress is tracked inside ProAdvisor Drivers software, ensuring transparency and measurable growth at every step. Clients can also add powerful assessment tools such as the MindScan™, GAP Analysis, and Value Survey to gain deeper awareness and insight.
